They trust us
Jean Pralong is one the most prominent researchers in the field of HR and careers. Putting in the limelight clever people and their bright insight on our society is LGPress’s journey, and we have had the chance to start it with him. Jean is interested in finding out how interactions between people work in companies. We mean, how things really work . His studies are always amazingly interesting, for they allow us to understand what are the social mechanisms at the office – far away from clichés and corporate storytelling. No wonder journalists are really interested in his work.
Chaire modèles entreprenariaux en agriculture
Roland Condor created a research chair in October 2018 in order to understand how the agricultural world is now changing. Development of small and local farming, food coop, new platforms… many exciting things in the barns, though many think it is a very conservative world. But is it really? This is what Roland Condors’s work is exploring.
Le Lab RH
Le Lab RH is an interesting and peculiar project. It gathers hundreds of start-ups, big companies, researchers, universities and so on, in order to promote innovation in the field of HR. When we say innovation, it is not how Silicon Valley means it – eager and dangerous for peoples’ fundamental rights like privacy and liberty. It is a way of changing work habits in order to make people work better, i.e. more efficiently and more happily. Conferences, publication of studies, mutualisation of best practices, start-up pitches… the (small) HR Lab team deploys an incredible amount of energy to organize nearly a hundred events per year. Since 2015 only, it became a reference and one of the most influential structures in its own field.
